Q: How much do you charge?
A: Initial consultation is FREE.  Rates are determined based on the type of work involved, and how fast it needs to be done.  But Ultra DNT's rates are reasonable!  You will get Manhattan expertise at Queens prices.

Q: Why Do I Need Your Development Services ?
A: Does your small  business get the most from your computing dollar?  Think that you need more than Excel spreadsheets for your contact lists or accounting?  An Access database, or Visual Basic application,  custom developed to your business' specific requirements, can provide your shop or office what you've been missing.  Need to set up a Web page of your own?  Ultra can develop that as well.

Q: Why do I Need Your Networking Services?
A: Do you have several (or a few dozen) PC's in your office, but need to walk around with floppy disks to share files?  Want to get Internet access for multiple users without getting a phone line for each of them?  Network installation is more affordable than you think.  Smaller offices can be setup with Windows 95/98/NT/Me/2K peer-to-peer networking; you can scale up to full client-server (Windows 2003/2008 Server) when needed.

Q: Why Do I Need Your Training Services?
A: You've invested in Office Suites but do you think that you and your employees get the most out of it?  Can they Mail Merge their Word processor with their spreadsheets, databases or contact lists?  Can they create pivot tables?  Can they analyze the data they already have?  Do they know how to use that customized program that was developed by your ex-partner's brother-in-law?  Training will pay for itself, and provide substantial return on investment when your employees know how to get the most out of what they already have installed.  "After 5" training can be arranged so as to lessen the impact on day-to-day operations (at the same rate as during 9 to 5).
